PokerStars Team Asia Pro-files: Bryan Huang

Bryan Huang of PokerStars Team Asia Pro
With over a quarter million dollars in career earnings to his name, Bryan Huang is one of PokerStars Team Asia's most decorated pros. The 24-year-old started playing poker at the age of 20 and quickly realized there was a living to be made at the game.

Huang sharpened his poker skills while studying Accounting and earned a degree by the time he turned 23. Upon graduating, Huang passed up on traditional job opportunities, instead opting to focus solely on poker.

Over the course of three years, Huang has posted cashes in over six different countries -- his biggest last year in Macau, where he took third in this same event for a USD $153,841 payday. 2008 proved to be a special year for Huang, as he was named "Rookie of the Year" by Bluff Australiasia Magazine and was also featured on the cover of Poker Asia Times.

Currently ranked second on Singapore's all-time money list, Huang is looking to further solidify his place in the global poker world with another deep run this week in Macau.
