Lee Rebuilding

Three players were in the pot pre-flop for 2,500, including small blind (and Day 1c chip leader) Lee Sang Yong. He checked to the big blind on a queen-high flop, 
. The big blind's bet of 4,400 chased the third player in the hand and was called by Lee.
The turn fell 
. Again Lee checked and called, this time for 6,400. On the river 
Lee checked a third time but this time his opponent wisely checked behind. Lee showed 
for top pair of queens to take the pot.
"I was thinking of betting again," said the big blind. "I guess it's good that I didn't!"
