Hikosaka Eliminated

Level 4 : 200/400, 400 ante
Keisuke Hikosaka
Keisuke Hikosaka

Keisuke Hikosaka was left with a mere 3,900 when he doubled once with {k-Spades}{j-Hearts} versus {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} thanks to the {7-Clubs}{6-Spades}{3-Spades}{9-Spades}{j-Spades} board. However, right after he got it in again with {3-Hearts}{3-Spades} against the {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} of Hie Xu and the board came {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Spades}.

Big stack on the table is Huijie Zhou, who confirmed he had taken the vast majority of Hikosaka's stack in a "weird hand."

Wu and Ko Claim Pots

Level 3 : 100/300, 300 ante

Yake Wu clashed with Daniel Smiljkovic and the latter lost some of his early profit to drop back to around 80,000 when he had to fold to a 6,000 bet by Wu in the hijack on the {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{7-Spades} turn.

Yuki Ko also claimed a pot, betting into two opponents on the river of a {9-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{q-Spades}{j-Clubs} board for 9,500 into 11,000. Two folds later, Ko was awarded the chips and recovered some earlier losses.

Changyang Liu

Some 16,000 were on the middle on a completed board of {5-Clubs}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{j-Spades} and Kazuhiko Yotsushika tangled with Changyang Liu, then jammed it in only to get a snap-call by Liu.

Yotsushika turned over {6-Clubs}{6-Spades} and Liu had snap-called for a reason, as he held the nuts with {k-Clubs}{3-Clubs}. The stacks were counted and the dealer immediately announced that Yotsushika was covered, who grabbed his belongings and left the tournament area. The stacks were counted once more and Liu had been at risk for 43,700, Yotsushika had in fact five big blinds behind that are now getting blinded out.
