Takahashi vs Takagi

Level 2 : 100/200, 200 ante

Keiji Takahashi is one of many players from Japan that have registered for the event so far and he bet the {k-Clubs}{j-Spades}{6-Diamonds} flop for 800. Fellow countryman Kensaku Takagi made the call from two seats over. The {q-Spades} fell on the turn and a bet of 2,200 did the trick for Takahashi.

Oleg Titov

Xing Biao Zhu had more than doubled his stack early on with a very aggressive playing style and soon after he was involved into the action once more. There were already 9,500 in the middle and the flop showed {7-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Spades}. Titov ended up all in and at risk for 37,500 and Zhu had pushed with the {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}.

Titov held bottom set with {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} and the {5-Diamonds} turn and {7-Clubs} river brought no upset. Despite this massive setback, Zhu remains above the starting stack!
