Huang Doubles Through Wang

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Yinsheng Yang had just sent an opponent to the rail to reduce the field further and was involved in a three-way pot to the {k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop. Zhujun Huang in the small blind moved all in for 39,500 and Yang folded, initial raiser Gang Wang on the button called.

Zhujun Huang: {q-Spades}{10-Spades}
Gang Wang: {10-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}

The {2-Diamonds} turn and {4-Clubs} river were blanks and Huang doubled.

Hatiori Doubles Through Ishida

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

In a classic flip, Jutaro Hatiori ended up all in and at risk with the {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} and fellow Japanese Yuri Ishida looked him up with the {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}. The board came {j-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Spades} and Hatiori doubled.

Less fortunate were Wilson Lim, Jack Wu and Yuichi Sumida, who all ran out of chips.

Fan Finds Traction Against Enoki

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante
Tao Fan
Tao Fan

Tetsuya Enoki opened from early position to around 12,000, Tao Fan called from late position and the flop came down {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{j-Spades}. Enoki bet and Fan moved all in for 44,000.

Enoki called and players turned over their hands. Enoki turned over {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for top pair with a straight draw and Fan showed {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds} for an overpair of aces.

The {3-Hearts} on the turn and {7-Spades} on the river changed nothing as Fan took down the pot for a full double up through Enoki.

Lin Takes From Soyza

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

After the {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop had been checked through, Celina Lin bet the {2-Diamonds} turn for 16,000 out of the big blind and just Michael Soyza called. The {4-Spades} fell on the river and Lin bet another 26,000, which Soyza called after he had taken three sips from his coffee.

Lin tabled the {a-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} for a straight and Soyza mucked the {a-Spades} with the words "I was ahead."

Chen Eliminated by Yang

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

One big pot had still played out before the break and it was Dajia Chen who ended up all in and at risk with {8-Spades}{5-Spades}, having flopped a pair and flush draw on the {k-Spades}{j-Spades}{5-Diamonds} flop. Yinsheng Yang looked him up with {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} for top pair and the nut flush blocker, and two blanks on turn and river sealed the fate of Chen.

Double Knockout for Pu

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Weiran Pu
Weiran Pu

Weiran Pu raised to 9,000 and Valeriy Pak called to see Yueyang Zhou in the cutoff jam and the button reshove for more than 120,000. Pu looked them both up and Pak folded {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}.

Yueyang Zhou: {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Button: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Weiran Pu: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

The board came {q-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{3-Clubs}{3-Spades} and Pu scored the double knockout.

"This is the graveyard table, we already lost ten players," Celina Lin chimed in. Michael Soyza on the same table now has a new big stack to fear, as Pu has jumped well above half a million in chips.

Chen Bad-Beats Noda

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Hiroyuki Noda got his stack in with the {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds} and he faced the {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds} of Super High Roller runner-up Jiang Chen.

Nothing changed on the {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop and the {9-Hearts} turn, but the {j-Clubs} fell on the river to improve Chen to a full house. Noda could all but laugh and smile, grabbed his belongings and headed out of the tournament area.

Zhou Flips with Soyza

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Yueyang Zhou moved all in for 57,000, Michael Soyza called and the two turned over their hands.

Yueyang Zhou: {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}
Michael Soyza: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}

The board ran out {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{5-Spades} and Zhou pulled in the pot with his two pair, doubling through the red hot Soyza.
