Adalberto Orrigo has the dubious distinction of being the bubble boy for the 2009 Asian Poker Tour Philippines Main Event. He allowed himself to be blinded and anted down until he had only 2,500 chips left. He slammed them into the middle from early position and watched as four other people called.
