Tran Takes One From Juanda

John Juanda opened with a preflop raise to 11,000 from late position and JC Tran made the call out of the big blind.

and Tran checked to Juanda who made a continuation bet of 15,000. Tran cut out calling chips and slid them into the middle.

The turn brought the {Q-Hearts}

and both players checked. The river was the {10-Clubs}

and again both checked it down. Tran was the only player to show with his {8-Diamonds}

as the best hand as Juanda mucked. Juanda slips to 130,000 with Tran now up to 175,000.
