Chamma KO'ed

Rodney Chamma moved all-in preflop for 189,000 holding {a-Clubs}{8-Spades}, only to run into the {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs} of Tty Ly.

Though Chamma hit on the flop of {6-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}, the turn and river came running {4-Diamonds},{4-Clubs} to eliminate Chamma. Ly is up to 410,000 in chips.

Kingston Chips Up

Jim Mastorakos raised to 42,000 from early position and the action folded around to Anthony Kingston who reraised to 100,000 from the big blind. Mastorakos called to go heads-up to a flop of {k-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{5-Spades}.

Kingston open-shoved for 300,000 and Mastorakos folded. Though there's not that much action, it was still a great result for Kingston who is now on 500,000, while Mastorakos slips to 585,000.

Diamond's on the Outside (On the Rail)

Brad Rawiller raised from early position to 35,000, only to see Haim Tomer Diamond reraise all in for 86,000.

Sam Vakili then four-bet iso-shove for 411,000. Rawiller mucked his hand; Diamond and Rawiller then tabled their cards:

Vakili: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Diamond: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}

The board was spread {2-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{7-Spades} - nothing but the best for Vakili and a trip to the cage for Diamond.

Lum Left Out in the Lurch

The action folded around to Fred Lum who open-shoved for 350,000 with {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}, only to be called down by by Brenton Thomas who tabled {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}.

The board ran out {8-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}, sending Lum to the rail and Thomas' stack up to 1.42 million in chips!

Hachem Doubles Through Jones

Tony Hachem (left): gettin' by with a little help from his friends!
Tony Hachem (left): gettin' by with a little help from his friends!
Tony Hachem took a big group of his friends out to dinner and the good karma has come back around after he managed to double through Iwan Jones in the first hand after the break.

All the money was in the middle preflop and we got there as the cards were revealed:

Hachem: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}
Jones: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}

The flop of {8-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{a-Spades} was golden for Hachem, but there was a slight sweat when the {j-Clubs} spiked on the turn.

However a meaningless {6-Clubs} fell on the river and Hachem doubled through.

The Ladies are Good to Tran

Tty Ly made it 30,000 to go. Samuel Pawson looked down at his cards and saw {A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} and put his 245,000 stack in the middle. When Trung Tran saw {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} he re-shoved, putting his 480,000 on the line.

Ly folded and they went to the {8-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop. The {4-Clubs} on the turn was no help to Pawson and neither was the {7-Spades} on the river.

Pawson made his exit as Tran stacked his chips, bringing his stack to 774,000.
