Tony G Knocked Off by the Russian

Level 4 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante
Even the dog couldn't bring Tony G some extra luck
Even the dog couldn't bring Tony G some extra luck

According to Jay Kinkade, Tony G raised preflop and Russian Nikolay Evdakov made the call. After the flop came down {8-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Spades}, Tony G bet and Evdakov raised him all in. Tony G made the call holding the {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}, but saw the bad news. Evdakov had flopped a set on him with the {4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}.

The turn was the {10-Spades} and the river the {8-Hearts}. Evdakov's set held up, improving to a full house and he sent Tony G packing. Bring on the Russians? Well, Tony G couldn't handle this one.
