Randy Dorfman opened to 5,000 before Gavin Griffin shipped his last 40,100 next to speak. Dorfman made the call to put the first live Triple Crown winner at risk.

The flop kept Dorfman in the lead, and when the landed on the turn, he still had a firm grip on the hand.
With Griffin needing to spike one of his six outs, the wouldn't be one as he was forced to make his way to the rail. Dorfman has now pushed his lead out to 535,000 in chips.
Facing a raise to 7,000, Jarred Solomon bumped it from the small blind to 20,300.
His opponent responded by moving all in for close to 90,000 as Solomon made the call for his last 80,000.

Opponent:
In a great shape to double, Solomon would cringe when the flop landed to put his opponent in the lead and flip Solomon onto the side of needing to spike his two-outer to take the lead.
Unfortunately for the Event 2 winner, the on the turn, followed by the on the river would end his tournament just a few tables before the money.
Full Tilt Poker Red Pro Van Marcus has "been folding for hours". He's nursing the severe short stack and just recently shoved all in from early position for 14,800, or just over six big blinds. No one could find a hand to call him with and Marcus scooped some much needed chips.
Kristian Lunardi raised to 5,100 from the cutoff seat and Van Marcus moved all in from the big blind for 21,200. Lunardi called.

Marcus:
The flop came down and gave Lunardi a gutshot to go with his two overcards. Marcus knew he needed to dodge a lot of cards on the turn or river and stood from his chair in anticipation.
The turn brought the and kept Marcus in the lead. "Pair the board!" he yelled awaiting the river.
The dealer did just that, landing the on the river to pair the board and finish off the hand with Marcus in the lead. With a clap of his hands he sat back into his seat and gathered up his chips. He's back to 46,800 now and has some much needed breathing room.
