Tran Slipping
JC Tran started the day in second place, but due to losing some medium sized pots he is now the short stack. It's still very close all around but Tran has to feel somewhat bad about the way this day started out.
On a 
flop Elliot Smith check-called 5,4000 from the small blind against Tran, who was in the big blind. The turn was the

hit and both players checked. Tran turned over 
and Smith showed
