Hands #40-44: Mike Watson Regains Chip Lead; Sontheimer Shoves

Level 11 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Hand #40: Mike Watson raised to 14,000 from under the gun and was called by Steffen Sontheimer in the big blind.

The flop came {a-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and Sontheimer checked over to Watson who threw out a continuation bet totalling 12,000. Sontheimer then came over the top and raised to 28,000. Watson called.

The turn brought another {a-Spades} and this time Sontheimer check-folded after Watson tossed out 25,000.

Hand #41: Fedor Holz raised to 15,000 from the button before Steffen Sontheimer moved all in for 122,000 from the small blind. Mike Watson folded his big blind and Holz folded immediately after as Sontheimer took down the pot.

Hand #42: Fedor Holz raised to 15,000 from the cutoff and found no love as the button and blinds folded their hands.

Hand #43: The action folded around to Nick Petrangelo in the small blind who limped into the pot. Sam Trickett then raised to 18,000 from the big blind and Petrangelo called.

The flop came {4-Hearts}{10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and Petrangelo checked. Trickett reached for his chips and fired out 12,000 only to watch Petrangelo come over the top with a raise to 36,000. Trickett thought for a moment then mucked his hand.

Hand #44: Fedor Holz received a walk in the big blind after a series of folds.
