Katz Doubles Through Zhang

Level 4 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

On a final board of {7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{7-Hearts} with roughly 200,000 in the middle, Cary Katz shoved all in for 114,000.

Michael Zhang used one of his time extension chips before making the call.

Katz tabled his {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}, and after Zhang revealed his {K-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}, Katz secured the double.

Shan Sets Up Foxen

Level 4 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Huang Shan was seated under the gun plus one and announced "six and a half thousand" before pushing forward a stack totalling 30,500 by mistake. The table, as well as Shan, had a chuckle before he put in the necessary chips.

Alex Foxen made the call from the hijack as the rest of the table got out of the way.

"Alex, If I don't say anything you fold, right?" said Shan playfully, before both players watch the flop come {2-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{3-Spades}.

"I try to be careful," said Shan, before betting out 4,000. Foxen then raised to 12,000. Shan called.

Both players checked the {k-Spades} on the turn before the {j-Clubs} completed the board. Shan bet 19,000. Foxen folded almost immediately.

"Set deuces," announced Shan, before he flashed a singular deuce, before tossing his hand to the muck.

Top Pair for Bicknell

Level 4 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

On a flop of {9-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}, both Kristen Bicknell and Manig Loeser committed 22,000 each from the hijack and cutoff respectively.

The turn landed the {3-Diamonds} and Bicknell checked to Loeser who bet 37,000.

Bicknell called, and then both players checked the {5-Spades} on the river.

Loeser sheepishly revealed his {K-Clubs}{4-Clubs}, but it would be Bicknell's {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts} that would earn her the pot with top pair.

Ziegler Pressures Kempe

Level 4 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Michael Gu limped into the from middle position and was followed by Rainer Kempe in the next seat over. Tobias Ziegler then raised to 12,500 from the hijack. Dominik Nitsche called from the small blind. Both Gu and Kempe called as well.

All four players checked the {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{8-Hearts} flop before the {6-Spades} dropped on the turn.

The action checked around to Ziegler who bet 20,000. Only Kempe made the call.

The {q-Diamonds} completed the board and Kempe checked. Ziegler then fired out 65,000. Kempe thought for a minute before releasing his hand to the muck.

Nitsche Makes Gu Pay

Level 3 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Dominik Nitsche raised to 4,500 from under the gun and was called by Michael Gu in the hijack as well as Huang Shan in the big blind.

All three players checked the {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}{8-Diamonds} flop followed by the {2-Diamonds} on the turn.

The {10-Diamonds} completed the board and Shan and Nitsche checked. Gu instantly tossed out 5,500. Shan snap-mucked. Nitsche thought for a minute then raised to 35,000. Gu snap-called.

Nitsche then tabled his {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for a flopped full house and took down the pot after Gu mucked his hand.
