Value for Trevallion

Level 11 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Mikita Badziakouski paid off a bet of 50,000 by Alex Trevallion on the {q-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{a-Hearts}{2-Clubs} river and mucked when he was shown the {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} for top two pair by his opponent.

Igor Yaroshevskyy saw his stack cut short when he reraised to 50,000 and folded to the shove of Najeem Ajez, who pushed for another 95,400 on top.

Break

Level 10 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

Players are going on their final 15-minute break of the evening with 56 players remaining. When they resume there will be two levels remaining in Day 1.

Fox Doubles Through Mirzikinian; Marsh Through Dyer

Level 10 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

Warwick Mirzikinian check-raised a three-way flop of {k-Clubs}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds} to 16,000 and Elio Fox was the only caller. Mirzikinian bet the {8-Diamonds} turn for 20,000 and jammed the {j-Clubs} river to get called by Fox, revealing the {k-Spades}{2-Clubs} for two pair. Fox had the best of it with {2-Spades}{2-Hearts} and doubled.

Luke Marsh also doubled when he three-bet jammed for 23,600 with {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and was called by Michael Dyer with the {a-Clubs}{3-Hearts}. The {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} board gave Marsh the checkmark on the turn.

Salter Eliminated by Yaroshevskyy

Level 10 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

Jack Salter was all in for around 55,000 with the {k-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and he was snap-called by Igor Yaroshevskyy with the {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}.

It seemed all but over on the {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} flop but Salter picked up some outs on the {j-Diamonds} turn. None of the four queens in the deck showed up, instead, it came the {7-Diamonds} on the river to send the Brit to the rail.

Sinclair Chips Up

Level 10 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

Among the most recent casualties were Paul Newey, Shan Huang and Jonathan Karamalikis. The latter sent his chips over to Sam Greenwood, who remains among the biggest stacks right now.

Jack Sinclair chipped up slightly one table over from Greenwood when he called a bet of 8,800 by Farid Jattin on the {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} turn. The {2-Clubs} river was checked and Jattin tabled {10-Hearts}{2-Hearts}, Sinclair had the winning hand in {9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}.

Doubles for Yokosawa and Rheem

Level 10 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante
Masato Yokosawa
Masato Yokosawa

Masato Yokosawa was all in for 72,800 with {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} against the {a-Clubs}{9-Spades} of Luke Marsh.

Marsh turned a straight draw on the {8-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{10-Spades} board, but the {a-Spades} river bricked and he was left with 20,000 in chips.

Meanwhile, on a {3-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{j-Clubs} flop, Kahle Burns had opponent Chino Rheem all in for his last 63,500.

Chino Rheem: {7-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Kahle Burns: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}

The turn was the {j-Hearts} but the river {8-Diamonds} completed Rheem's straight and he doubled up.

Adams Busts; Hallaert Doubles

Level 10 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

Timothy Adams got the remainder of his short stack of around 40,000 in with the {8-Hearts}{8-Spades} and was dominated by Dietrich Fast with the {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}. On a board of {7-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}, Fast hit a set and sent Adams to the rail.

Kenny Hallaert was more fortunate in his showdown when he was at risk for the last 17,600. Hallaert flipped with {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} against the {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts} of Warwick Mirzikinian and the {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} board counterfeited the pair of Mirzikinian.
