Times Up for Turner

Josh Emerton opened to 4,000 from the cutoff and both Kevin Clark and Joel Turner defended the small and big blind respectively.

The 9♦5♠2♥ flop saw both the blinds check to Emerton, who continued for 3,500. Both Clark and Turner called, taking them to the J♥ turn.

Clark checked, Turner moved all in for his remaining 23,000 and only Clark called.

Turner was looking at a open-ended straight draw, but Clark had turned two pair.

There was no saving turner on the 7♣ river, and he was eliminated from the Main Even mid-way through the day.
