Kahle Burns opened to 600,000 from under the gun with A♦6♦ and Nelson Dong called from the small blind with K♣J♣. Steven Zhou also called from the big blind holding K♠7♦.

The flop came down 5♣5♥2♣ and once it got to Burns, he fired 425,000. Only Dong called and the 7♣ dropped on the turn, completing his flush. The action went check-check to the A♣ river and again it checked through, allowing Dong to take the pot with his flush.

Morvan Calls Down Correctly to Double Through Burns

Romain Morvan raised to 600,000 with A♣Q♣ and Kahle Burns called in the big blind with the J♣10♠.

Burns checked to Morvan, who continued for 375,000 on the 5♣5♥Q♠ flop. Burns then got spicy and check-raised to 850,000. Morvan called.

The K♥ turn improved Burns to an open-ended straight draw and he barreled for another 850,000. Morvan again called.

Burns emptied the clip and bet enough to put Morvan all in for his last 2,000,000 after the 8♦ completed the board. Morvan didn't take long to call — earning himself the double up.

The 3♠ dropped on the turn and Dong check-called a bet of 700,000 from Zhou to watch the K♦ hit the river. Both checked it down and Dong's 9♠9♥ was good against the J♣8♣ of Zhou, who missed a flush draw.

Steven Zhou raised to 600,000 on the button and was three-bet to 1,500,000 by Kahle Burns in the small blind. Zhou called.

The flop came 6♦J♣10♦ and Burns checked to Zhou, who shoved for 6,400,000.

Burns didn't like it, but announced he probably wasn't folding.

Eventually, Burns did put in a call and a showdown was held.

Burns had one foot out the door after the 3♠ fell on the turn as he was drawing to just five outs.

It wasn't Burns' time to exit, however, as the K♦ river improved him to an unlikely two pair to award him the double up and leave Zhou short.

After being left with just 75,000 from the hand prior, Zhou was all in and at risk against Kahle Burns.
