Murphy Triples in Rollercoaster Hand

Level 14 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Rob Murphy
Rob Murphy

Rob Murphy had raised to 40,000 when Daniel Britton went all in. Another player called quickly and Murphy committed the last of his chips. Action was three ways and Murphy had the shortest stack

Rob Murphy: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
Daniel Britton: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}

The flop ran out {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Britton flopped a straight, but the turn {k-Clubs} brought the same for the third player. Not to be outdone, Murphy hit a {5-Diamonds} on the river to make a flush and take the main pot. Britton and the other player took their chips back from the sidepot while Murphy stacked up a big triple.

Meanwhile, James Boynton and Kishia Jefferson have been chipping up at the same table.

Ho Takes With Big Blind Special

Level 13 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Sam Ho
Sam Ho

Action was three ways with over 20,000 in the pot and {7-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} on the board when Sam Ho bet 12,000 and both Patrick Thornton and Krista French called.

The turn was {2-Spades} and Ho fired another 35,000. Thornton called and French considered her options before she tossed in chips from the cutoff. The river was {q-Spades}.

All three players checked the river and Ho turned over {8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} for eights and deuces. Thornton and French mucked without showing.
