Burkett Applies the Pressure
Level 13
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Steven Morey raised to 16,000 under the gun and was three-bet by John Burkett in the hijack to 45,000. Morey made the call and the flop came 10♦K♣9♥.
Morey checked and Burkett moved all in for about 50,000 to put himself at risk. Morey thought for a brief moment before tossing his cards into the muck.
"Good fold," said Burkett as he dragged in the pot.
