The final table is set at the 2025 Bar Poker Open Vegas World Championship with Ron Fienberg leading the way with a whopping 8,545,000. In it's tenth year being hosted at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas, the event drew a massive field of 1,223 entrants, surpassing last year's numbers of 1,164. The invite-only event generated a prize pool of $335,375 with $100,000 going to tomorrow's winner.

Fienberg began Day 2 with a modest 510,000 and climbed steadily throughout the afternoon. Once the final two tables were set, Fienberg really turned up heat, going on to eliminate five out of eight players on the way to the final table.

Sitting in second is Patricia Jackomin who bagged an impressive 4,755,000 and rounding out the podium is Bill Acerra with 4,065,000.

Day 2 Action

Only 62 players returned for Day 2, including John Carr, who final-tabled the 2023 Bar Poker Open Championship and John Dennehy who finished sixth in last year's edition of the event.

The tournament's structure set a quick pace, with a fury of bustouts occurring within the first few levels of the day. All the way up until the final table was set, players were getting eliminated left and right.

Angelo Gambrelis, the overall chip leader heading into Day 2, made a deep run but was eliminated in 13th when his ace-seven ran into Fienbergs' ace-ten.

Day 1a chip leader Vincent Loria fell just shy of the final table when he got it all in with king-jack against Barry Fagan's ace-ten and exited in 11th.
