In a limped pot it was four-way to the flop of 7♣K♠6♣ and the action was checked around.
On the 3♥ turn Ray Powell checked from early position and Luke Sines fired out for 1,7000 from middle position, Powell called and the rest of the players folded.
The river brought the K♥ and Powell checked to Sines once more who fired off a river bet of 2,800. Powell didn't take long and tossed in the call tabling A♦6♦ and picking off Sines' bluff with Q♣J♣
Rock Shepherd made it 700 to play from under the gun and was looked up by Miguel Medrano in the cutoff.
The action went check check on the K♠6♦9♦ flop for the 4♦ to come on the turn.
Shepherd led out for 2,200 and Medrano made the call.
On the 4♣ turn Shepherd bet out again for 2,200, only for Medrano to raise all in for 7,500. Shepherd double checked the count and tossed in the call tabling A♥K♥ for two pair but was crushed by Medrano and his 10♥4♥ for a rivered full house.

Action continues with Day 1a2 at 4:00 p.m. local time, as the opening day has once again been separated into two flights to accommodate the expected large crowd. The opening flight of the day began at 11:00 a.m. and is currently playing down to the money as the second flight gets underway.
Once registered, players can take advantage of a single reentry, and those taking part will also be eligible for the second chance Day 1b on Tuesday, June 9. The tournament features a $1,500 bonus for players who advance to Day 2 more than once, with only their largest stack carrying forward into the money.
Players will begin with starting stacks of 25,000 chips and play 30-minute levels until reaching the money, once the top 10% of the field remains, for a minimum cash of $700. From there, the top 5% will bag up to return on Wednesday, June 10, to battle for a spot at the final table. The opening flights will play ten-handed, before the tournament adjusts to 40-minute levels and eight-handed play for the remainder of the event.
There will be a 15-minute break after every two hours of action, and late registration remains open until the start of Level 10 in each opening flight.
