The second event of the 2021 bestbet Jacksonville Spring Series was of the four-card poker variety. Event #2: $360 Pot-Limit Omaha attracted a field of 112 entries and created a prize pool of $34,160.
The top 14 players got paid, and all six who cashed but fell short of the final table were from out of state. Floridians then accounted for half of the final eight, but two of them in Fakhouri Jamil and Hyndi Khomutetsky were the first two to fall once the final table was reached.
A trio of South Carolinians in Andreas Wolfram, James Stuart, and James Hucks all busted thereafter, halving the field before Robert Satterfield went out in third. The two remaining Floridians in Jacksonville's Tammer Ilcaffas and Armando Figueroa of Lutz then played heads up for the top prize of $9,339 with Figueroa being the one to claim victory.

Arbaugh Puts Gerlin In

Over 200,000 was already in the middle on a board reading 
with heads-up action between Jermaine Gerlin in the big blind and Brian Arbaugh, who was in middle position.
Gerlin had checked and was in the process of putting out a stack of 5,000-chips to match Arbaugh's bet of 100,000. The river came 
and Gerlin checked again.
"All in," announced Arbaugh, putting chips forward along with it. Gerlin then found himself put to a decision for his remaining 215,000 as Arbaugh covered. After a little over a minute in the tank, Gerlin released his cards forward.
"Nice hand," said Gerlin. Arbaugh thanked him and collected the pot, and he now has close to 700,000. Paul Petraglia also appears to have doubled recently and has a stack of 285,000 of his own.

Khavin and Thivyanathan Take Play Into the Money

On the second hand of hand-for-hand play two all-in preflop scenarios ensued at adjacent tables with Fililpp Khavin and Aaron Thivyanathan at risk for their tournament lives.
Khavin got his stack in from the small blind with a chance to triple as Nick Raio in the big blind and Kobzyev Kyrylo on the button continued for the side pot. Raio bet 13,000 on the flop 
and Kyrylo called. Both players checked the turn
