Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
Cory Williams
Cory Williams

Under the gun open-jammed for 25,000 and action folded around to Cory Williams, who was in the hijack and called. All remaining players folded.

All-In Player: {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}
Cory Williams: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

Williams was way out in front and stayed ahead on the flop {7-Clubs}{8-Spades}{5-Clubs} despite seeing the number of cards he needed to fade go from three to seven. That number rose to eight on the turn {10-Clubs} as Williams' opponent became open-ended but lost club outs. All the excitement came to an end on the river {q-Diamonds} and Williams scored the knockout, bringing him up to 227,000 with the won pot.

Since cracking 200,000 early in Level 12, Tyler Payne continued to amass chips as the level progressed. He was just seen with a stack of 445,000, saying that he had gotten to that mark before the break and hadn't had anything of note happen since.

A few players have been seen above 300,000, but Payne is the only one above 400,000 among the 63 players that now remain.

Tyler Payne was in the big blind and found himself facing an open to 5,500 from the cutoff. He three-bet to 22,000 and received a call.

Action checked through the flop {3-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and the turn came {5-Spades}. Payne bet 25,000 and his opponent slid out a raise to 60,000. Shortly thereafter, Payne three-bet shoved for around 100,000.

His opponent appeared to be affected by the shove and was now faced with a decision which ultimately was to fold. The pot was shipped to Payne, and he now finds himself as the most recent player to break 200,000 in the tournament.
