Event #10: $300 Deepest Stack
Day 1b Started
The second flight of Event #10: $300 Deepest Stack starts at 5 p.m. local time and will be the final Day 1 flight of the event.
Last November during the 2018 Borgata Fall Poker Open, the Deepest Stack NLH event saw a total of 745 entrants total between both starting flights and of those, 160 advanced to Day 2. The final 72 got paid and after about 11 hours of play on Day 2, the final six players opted for an adjusted payout agreement and divided the remaining prize pool equally. BorgataPoker.com sponsored pro Katie Stone took first place and $19,337.
She's already seen one final table during this series. In the $500,000 GTD Kick-Off Event #3: $600 Deepstack NLH, she went out 9th earning $13,212.
The PokerNews live reporting team will be bringing all of the live coverage as the tournament unfolds so stay tuned.
Flight B is already in Level 2, Blinds 100/100 with 100 BB Ante, and the crowd is building in the Poker Room with familiar faces and folks trying again after firing Flight A.
Rob Saladin is one of the players to give up on Flight A and try his luck again here in Flight B. They'll be playing 16 levels, so survivors will be bagging up at about 2am.

It's been three years since Travis Hartshorn won the 2016 Borgata Fall Poker Open $2,700 Championship NLH event, earning $302,978 and his first Borgata Open trophy.
At the time, he was predominantly a cash game player, but caught the tournament bug. Since then, he's cashed a handful of times at Borgata with a couple of final table appearances. The first was in the 2017 Spring Poker Open $1,090 SixMax NLH (6th for $9,816) and the second was this same $300 Deepest Stack NLH event in the 2019 Summer Poker Open , where he finished 5th for $12,380).
Hartshorn is still in the hunt for a return to the winners circle here at Borgata
