"I'll Show One Card"

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante

Two-time WSOP bracelet winner Ryan Eriquezzo raised to 1,500 from early position and the player in the hijack called. The big blind did the same and the three players saw a flop of {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}{2-Spades}.

The big blind checked, Eriquezzo continued for 2,000, and the hijack folded. The big blind called and the {3-Clubs} appeared on the turn.

The big blind checked for the second time and this time folded to a bet of 6,500 from Eriquezzo.

"I'll show one," offered Eriquezzo, who was getting a massage and having a good time with his tablemates. The big blind pointed to one and Eriquezzo flipped over the {j-Spades}.

Calenzo in the House

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante
Kevin Calenzo
Kevin Calenzo

Kevin Calenzo just took a seat in the Flight D field, which isn’t good news for the rest of the players. With more than $1.4 million in live tournament earnings, Calenzo is a force to be reckoned with at the table.

The two-time World Series of Poker Circuit ring winner had his best cash of $197,451 back in 2012 when he took down the WSOP Circuit Caesars Palace $1,600 Main Event. His only other six-figure score came when he placed third in the 2012 WSOP Event #37: $2,500 8-Game for $106,564.

Other highlights on his poker resumé include second in the 2015 Wynn Classic $2,100 NLH for $82,024, first in the 2010 Borgata Poker Open $1,090 NLH for $79,307, and ninth in the 2011 Borgata Poker Open $3,500 Championship for $77,569. In 2017, he also made a deep run in the WSOP Main Event finishing 84th out of 7,221 players for $72,514.

Calenzo has returned to the Borgata in search of another BPO title.
