Borgata's Cashingest Player ITM Twice This Series

KaelaineMinton
Howard Wolper
Howard Wolper

Howard Wolper holds the record for most tournament cashes here at Borgata and that's by a wide margin.

So far during this series he's added two more notches to his belt, cashing in Event #1: $600 DeepStack Kick Off NLH ( #127) and again in Event #19: $350 Double Green Chip Bounty NLH (#128).

A cash in this event today would bring his total up to 129 and extend his lead over his closest rival, Michael Marder, who is more than 30 cashes behind.

Abraham Korotki
Abraham Korotki

Abraham Korotki has won ten titles here at Borgata, of all shapes and sizes. He's got two $2,700 buy-in Championship wins (2014 Spring Open and 2017 Summer Open) and his most recent was a $120 buy-in NLH event a couple of months ago during the June Tournament series.

So far in this 18 day Borgata Poker Open series, he's only managed one reported cash in the Event #9: Almighty Stack, earning $1,832 for 48th place. Undeterred, he's back today with one last shot at another title before the close of this series.

Third Time's the Charm for Singh

Melisa Singh cashed in both Event #10: Almighty Stack NLH and Event #15: Ladies NLH, which she final tabled, but came up short of taking home a trophy.

That all changed a couple of nights ago when she went deep in Event #21: $300 Deep Stack NLH. At the final table, she amassed a huge stack and when they reached the final seven players, she carved out a deal that landed her first place, $27,438 and her first Borgata trophy!

Not one to rest on her laurels, she's back on the felt today in hopes of making it a two-fer in this final trophy event of the Borgata Poker Open.
