"I have to show, right?" Kaifan Wang said when he had called the all-in of Ricky Landais on the river of a A♥8♠3♥J♣J♥ board and was shown the Q♥10♥ for a flush.
Wang sheepishly flashed his K♣2♣ towards the table and then headed one table over to talk with Tanupat Punjarojanakul.
"He is my coach," Wang said when Maurice Hawkins asked.
"He is your coach? I haven't seen him fold so you are also a crazy motherf**ker?" Hawkins joked.
Landais then filled in the dots of what had happened during the hand.
According to Landais, Wang had raised to 8,000 and he called on the button. They checked the flop and Wang's bet of 16,000 on the turn was called. Wang chipped down to a bet of 6,000 on the river and Landais contemplated his next move before he jammed.
While Wang was in the tank, he said "I only have king-high but really think I am good" after which Landais told his opponent he was gonna show if he folded. That's when Wang then called it off to be sent to the rail.
