Russ Dunlevy raised the button to 120,000 and Mike Dentale flat-called in the small blind, Ricky Guan defended the big blind as the shortest stack at the table.
The 10♠6♠5♠ flop was checked to Dunlevy and he bet 150,000. Dentale called and Guan then check-raised to 360,000 with a single T-5,000 chip behind.
Dunlevy folded and Dentale then called, exclaiming he knew he was behind.
Both players already tabled their cards even though Guan still had one chip behind and the floor ruled it as accepted action to proceed with the all-in showdown since all cards were on their backs.

Dentale needed another spade but couldn't catch it on the Q♦ turn and 9♣ river.
