Three ways to the 9♠5♥3♣ flop, Colin Moll bet 5,500 and was called by Hyun Auh as well as Vittorio Abbate. The K♠ turn was checked to Au8h who bet 14,000. Abbate folded and Moll called before they checked the 2♣ on the river.

"I have a five," Moll said and Auh mucked.

"Wow, you really don't believe me," Auh gasped and then said "I had a straight flush draw.

One hand later, Charles Hook three-bet jammed out of the big blind and Moll as the initial raiser from under the gun called while Abbate folded from the small blind.

The pocket pair held on the A♦K♥Q♦7♣K♦ board to send Hook to the rail for now.

John Scrimenti flopped second pair with J♥9♥ but the 10♠8♥ of Michael Renna remained ahead with a pair of tens to send Scrimenti to the rail.

One hand later, Matthew Silberzweig pushed for 27,500 and Renna called in the next seat.

The kicker played on the Q♣J♦6♠7♠J♣ board to send Silberzweig to the rail as well.

In a single-raised pot to the K♣Q♣Q♦ flop, Michael Renna checked and then folded when Nicholas Funaro bet 4,000. Funaro flashed the K♥Q♥ for the flopped full house and Renna grinned a "that is pretty good".

Silberzweig Catches Porter Bluffing

Sergio Loureiro was eliminated while John Botticello essentially doubled his short stack, Michael Renna was moved to balance the field.

Andrew Porter then opened to 3,500 and was called by John Scrimenti as well as Matthew Silberzweig in the big blind. They checked all the way to the A♦9♠2♠3♠J♥ river.

Only Silberzweig check-called a bet of 4,000 by Porter, who showed the Q♥8♥ for a bluff. That was beaten by the 10♦9♦ of Silberzweig, who pulled back to the starting stack.

"Oh man, this one is going on the blog?" Porter joked and George St. Lawrence mentioned that it was "good for the table image" of Porter.

There was then a three-way all-in with Kathy Saraf and Anthony LaRocca at risk preflop versus Emily Sun.

Emily Sun: 9♠9♣

Sun asked for her one time but it was the shortest stack Saraf who got there on the K♣J♥5♥A♣K♠ to triple up for 21,500.

LaRocca won the side pot against Sun to double for 24,500.

St. Lawrence Bluffs Funaro and Botticello

George St. Lawrence raised to 3,500 and was called by Nicholas Funaro. John Botticello then three-bet to 11,000 in the cutoff for both to call.

On the 8♣7♦3♠ flop, Botticello's bet for 9,000 was check-called twice before the A♣ turn was checked. St. Lawrence then bet the 8♥ river for 53,000, which was exactly how many chips Funaro had left behind. Funaro folded and Botticello went deep into the tank before he folded.

"Show the bluff," another player demanded and St. Lawrence flashed the K♥J♠ for a bluff indeed.

"You got me off an ace," Botticello told his opponent while another player one table over asked "did John win the hand?"

Jean Augustin reluctantly folded in the cutoff, Hyun Auh did so from the small blind. Brandon Mueller in the big blind check-called.

The top pair of Mueller was ahead but only until the 5♣ turn, the 10♥ river then officially secured the double for Hook.

Moll Checks Back the River

Brandon Mueller bet the A♣Q♦4♥Q♣ turn for 11,000 and Colin Moll called. Mueller then checked the 4♦ river and Moll checked back to reveal his A♦8♦.

Mueller had set the trap with A♥Q♠ for queens full of aces but didn't get any additional value.

According to the table chat, Moll had suspected to have the weaker kicker with his ace and Mueller exclaimed a king on the river may have gotten him more action.
