Dentale Gets Paid with Rivered Full House

Level 14 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Mike Dentale
Mike Dentale

Eric Yanovsky opened to 10,000 from early position and was called by Mario Damiao in middle position, Mike Dentale on the button, as well as the big blind.

On the 865 flop, it checked to Dentale who bet 20,000. The big blind folded, but both Yanovsky and Damiao called.

The 9 turn checked through to the 5 river which saw the action check to Dentale once again. He moved a stack of 5,000 chips into the middle equaling a bet of 95,000. Yanovsky took a while before electing to fold.

"If it was 100 this would be an easy fold," Damiao joked as he called off the majority of his remaining stack. However, he got the bad news as Dentale tabled 65 for a rivered full house, and Damiao mucked to be left on a short stack while Dentale collected a huge one.

Too Many Outs for Hawkins as Chang Doubles

Level 13 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Andrew Chang
Andrew Chang

Andrew Chang opened from early position before Maurice Hawkins three-bet to 27,000 from the small blind. With the action back on Chang, he jammed for his 122,000 stack, and Hawkins called.

Andrew Chang: QQ All in
Maurice Hawkins: AK

It was the most classic of flips as the J102 flop gave Hawkins a Royal gutter, which was blocked by Chang's hand. Hawkins held the small advantage going into the turn, but it was a case of too many outs as the board ran out 76, leaving the queens best for the full double.
