Lillis Leaves Kim on Fumes

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
James Lillis
James Lillis

Craig Robertson called in the small blind and Brayden Bushaw checked his option in the big blind. Robertson check-folded to a bet of 40,000 on the K8Q flop.

On the next deal, James Lillis opened to 40,000 from the hijack. Pavel Kim and James Kuhns called from the cutoff and big blind.

Kuhns checked on the 1095 flop before Lillis continued for 60,000. Kim made it 130,000, folding out Kuhns. Lillis three-bet to 400,000, leaving 25,000 behind. Kim shoved for 515,000 and Lillis called.

James Lillis: J10All in
Pavel Kim: A10

Both players had top pair, but Kim was ahead with the better kicker. Lillis needed some help, and he found it on the QK runout to make a king-high straight.

Final BetMGM Qualifier Out

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Ralph Grafton
Ralph Grafton

Aaron Grafton was the last of the five BetMGM Poker qualifiers still standing after Michael Surick, Demetrios Frangias, Mordechai Goldner and Anthony Mancini had all fallen earlier in the day. Grafton eventually joined them at the payout desk, bringing the online qualifiers' run to an end.

The Grafton name isn't out of contention just yet, though. Aaron's father, Ralph, is still in the hunt and sitting comfortably with 720,000 chips.

Datta Good at Showdown

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Sanjeev Datta opened to 30,000 from early position and James Lauer called from the button.

Lauer called a bet of 30,000 on the AK6 flop before the 6 turn and 7 river checked through to showdown.

Datta had KQ for kings and sixes. Lauer mucked.

Then on the table behind, Quan Quach was eliminated.

Anthony Mancini
Anthony Mancini

Cards were on their backs, with BetMGM Poker Qualifer Anthony Mancini all-in for his last 235,000. He was at risk to Justin Leeds.

Anthony Mancini: 55All in
Justin Leeds: AA

Leeds made a set on the A102 flop to leave Mancini drawing thinly. The 4 turn gave Mancini a wheel draw but the 10 river marked his elimination.
