Joseph Villella Eliminated in 24th Place ($7,400)

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

The flop read {j-Spades}{k-Spades}{5-Clubs}. Joseph Villella moved all in and was snap-called by Ryan Eriquezzo.

Villella had the {a-Spades}{7-Spades} flush draw while Eriquezzo had flopped two pair with the {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}.

The turn was the {10-Diamonds} and the river the {a-Diamonds} to whiff the flush draw and continue rapid pace of eliminations.

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Michael Gagliano was all in with the {9-}{9-} against Samuel Laskowitz who had the {a-}{q-}.

The flop put Gagliano on the brink as it came {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} to pair the queen. The turn was the {10-Hearts} and the river came the {4-Hearts} to end the day for Gagliano.

George Abi-Zeid Eliminated in 27th Place ($7,400)

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Ahead of the three-table redraw, George Abi-Zeid was all in against Benedetto Bianco and Constantine Bogiatzis, who both had him covered.

The flop landed {2-Spades}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and Bianco and Bogiatzis both checked. Both players checked again on the {5-Spades} turn. The {6-Spades} river completed the board and Bianco led out for 500,000. Unexpectedly, Bogiatzis raised all in and Bianco quickly called before tabling {a-Spades}{8-Diamonds} for the nut flush against the second nut flush of Bianco with {k-Spades}{q-Spades}.

It was a bit of karma as Bianco earlier put a tough beat on Emanuel "Will the Thrill" Failla, who had a turned king-high flush against the rivered ace-high flush of Bianco.

"I was ahead until the river," Abi-Zeid said glumly as he showed {a-Clubs}{2-Clubs}.

Brady Makes Right Call After Long Tank

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Action was joined on the river in a blind-on-blind battle with the board showing the {6-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{8-Spades}. From the small blind, Matthew Brady bet 75,000 into a pot of about 450,000.

Raymond Tetsoshvili raised to 350,000 which was for almost all of the rest of Brady's chips. Brady went into the tank and thought for several minutes. Eventually clock was called. Before the countdown began, Brady called.

Tetsoshvili said "king high" and tabled the {k-}{j-Spades} while Brady had the {k-Spades}{k-Spades} to stay alive.

Michael Rossitto opened for 85,000 in the hijack. Anthony Giliberti called in the cutoff. Ryan Eriquezzo three-bet to 395,000 from the small blind, Rossitto thought for a bit before smooth-calling and Giliberti decided to call also to swell the pot to over 1,200,000 preflop.

The flop came {3-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}. Eriquezzo led for 400,000. Rossitto and Giliberti both relinquished their hands fairly quickly and Eriquezzo continued to rocket to the top.
