A total of 26 players have taken their shot so far, but there is still time to jump in and chase the trophy when Day 2 of the Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP) Super High Roller Series R$100,000 ($20,000 US) begins at 2 p.m. local time.

Ignacio Sagra leads the 17 players who return to the WTC Sheraton in Sao Paulo after surviving the opening day. The Argentine takes a stack of 889,000 into Day 2, while Felipe Boianovsky (768,000), Rodrigo Seiji (666,000), Leonardo Rizzo (645,000), and Alisson Piekazewicz (590,000) round out the top five.

The action on Day 2 picks up on Level 11 with blinds of 3,000/6,000 and a 6,000 big blind ante. Late registration remains open through the end of Level 15, so the field will grow by the time the official prize pool is announced. Levels remain 40 minutes before being extended to 60 minutes at the start of Level 16. The schedule calls for 11 levels to be played today, with a 75-minute dinner break at the end of Level 17.
