Roommates Become Table Mates

Espen Jorstad was just moved to the same table as his roommate and fellow Unibet Poker Ambassador Rauno Tahvonen, otherwise known as simply Estonian Jesus.

Right after, Tahvonen got involved in a hand with Igor Pihela Jr., who was one of the late entries on Day 2.

Tahvonen opened from the button to 5,500 before he called a three-bet from Pihela Jr. from the small blind to 16,000.

Pihela Jr. bet 11,000 on a flop and Tahvonen called. Tahvonen then called a bet of 30,000 after the 8s appeared on the turn.

Pihela Jr. checked afer the completed the board on the river and Tahvonen paused for a minute before he bet 60,000.

It was Pihela Jr.'s turn to take some time and he gave Tahvonen a massive stare down for close to three minutes before he folded.

We caught the tail end of a hand that Unibet Ambassador and one of the trio behind the 1 Year 1 Million vlog Rauno "Estonian Jesus" Tahvonen just effectively doubled up on.

A player limped before a second player raised to 7,000. Tahvonen three-bet to 19,000 before the initial raiser folded. The other opponent four-bet jammed for 70,000 and Tahvonen called.

Tahvonen had against his opponent's . The board was a safe one for Tahvonen and his stack grew to 250,000.

Alakorva Shouts in Joy

Veli-Pekka Alakorva is well-known around Finland and surrounding countries for his enthusiasm. Players know when he is screaming in joy not to take it personally.

Alakorva limped from the button before Timo Rantamäki raised the action to 12,400 from the small blind.

Janar Kokk was eliminated from the tournament. We missed the hand and he was brief on the details.

All he did share is that he tried and failed to get a bluff through against Mathias Siljander, who has a monster stack, putting him on the exact hand he had.

Kokk was a little disappointed as he was expecting to go deep but on the other hand he shared he had backup plans for tonight anyway.

Meanwhile, Siljander extended his chip lead and after the hand had a massive stack of half a million in chips.
