Solovjev's pair remained ahead on the 4♥3♣8♠ flop and 10♣ turn, but Bodvarsson paired up on the Q♥ river to double up and leave Solovjev with just over ten big blinds.
Magnus Pukk and Torgeir Ravlo had gotten all their chips in the middle in the blinds. Ravlo played a stack of 107,000 and was the one at risk.

The 6♥J♦3♦ flop left Pukk with fewer outs, and Ravlo made two pair on the 5♦A♥ runout to secure the pot and double up.
Asgeir Lund had opened in the hijack when Arne Da Silva-Aarskog committed his last 60,000 on the button. It folded back to Lund, who made a quick call.

Da Silva-Aarskog had a sizable lead with his pair, but Lund flopped an ace on A♥3♦7♠ to reverse the situation.
Da Silva-Aarskog needed a nine to survive, but the deck had none in store on the K♥ turn and 5♦ river, eliminating him instead.
Arriving on a A♦J♦K♣ flop, Ole Wasenius bet 16,000 into the pot of 67,000 on the button. Small blind Elisabeth Harestad then check-raised all in for 88,000, and Wasenius called after a small tank.

Harestad had a flush draw and a gutshot to work with, but neither came in on the 2♥3♣ runout, ending her Main Event run.
Niklas Klein raised to 17,000 in the cutoff. Haukur Bodvarsson flat-called on the button, and the two went heads up to the 9♠Q♣8♠ flop. Klein checked to Bodvarsson, who bet 15,000.
Klein then raised to 40,000, which Bodvarsson called. The 4♠ turn saw Klein size up to 55,000, again being called by Bodvarsson. Both players tanked a while on the A♠ river, but it eventually checked through.
Klein showed J♦8♦ for a pair of eights, but Bodvarsson had better with Q♥10♦ for a pair of queens.
"Ah, I should have bet," Klein concluded as the pot was shipped to Bodvarsson.
"I don't know, I didn't believe you," Bodvarsson replied.
Geir Wold got his 117,000 chips in on the button against Lauri Laast in the small blind, and was at risk.

Wold paired up on the 5♥K♦2♦ flop, and Laast failed to retaliate on the 9♥2♠ runout, doubling up his opponent.
Jussi Hautanen was all in preflop in late position, his stack of 35,000 being at risk against Artur Kulanurk under the gun.

Hautanen seemed to double his dire stack after the 9♠6♦8♣3♣ flop and turn remained clean, but the river brought the K♠ to pair up Kulanurk and send Hautanen to the rail.
