Jankowski Takes a Big Hit

David Stefanski opened to 60,000 from the cutoff seat, Peter Jankowski defended his big blind, and the flop came {5-Hearts}{q-Spades}{7-Clubs}. Both players checked.

The turn was the {q-Diamonds}, Jankowski led for 70,000, and Stefanski made the call. The river was the {a-Hearts}, Jankowski led again - this time for 100,000 - and Stefanski raised to 400,000.

Jankowski mucked, and Stefanski showed him {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}.

On the very next hand, Adam Bitker raised to 60,000 in the cutoff. Jankowski called out of the small blind, and the flop came {9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{8-Clubs}. Jankowski check-called a 70,000-chip bet from Bitker, and the turn was the {2-Diamonds}.

Jankowski moved all in for effectively 599,000, and Bitker called.

Jankowski: {a-Spades}{5-Clubs}
Bitker: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

The river was the {9-Clubs}, and Jankowski was cut down to 230,000 chips. Bitker shot up to 1.495 million.

Pahuja Doing His Best Matos Impersonation

Andrew Sherman-Ash opened to 60,000 from the cutoff, Vinny Pahuja moved all in for 70,000 from the small blind, and Nicholas Palma cold-called in the big blind. Sherman-Ash called as well, and the flop fell {9-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Spades}. Both players checked.

The turn was the {j-Spades}, both players checked again, and the {4-Hearts} completed the board.

Yep, you guessed it, the two players checked.

Pahuja turned over {5-Spades}{4-Diamonds} for a pair of fours, and both Sherman-Ash and Palma mucked.

The very next had, Pahuja open-shoved on the button, and took down the blinds and antes.

Pahuja Crippled

Andrew Sherman-Ash open-shoved his last 575,000 on the button, and Vinny Pahuja called in the big blind.
