Zegal Goes for Thin Value

Level 4 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Stanislav Zegal had raised in the cutoff when the recently doubled Csaba Fenyvesi flicked in a three-bet to 25,000 in the small blind. Zegal called to the 1010J flop, where Fenyvesi continued for 18,000.

Zegal raised to 45,000, which Fenyvesi matched after some thought. After the 5 turn checked through to the 9 river, Fenyvesi knuckled the table again.

Zegal took some time before he came out with a bet of 76,500. Fenyvesi announced a call, but he mucked his cards when Zegal showed QJ83 for a straight to the queen.
