According to his former tablemates, Aleksei Vandyshev opened from the cutoff, Carlo van Ravenswoud called from the button, and Dennis Weiss defended from the big blind.

The three players checked the Kx8x8x flop, leading to the 7x turn. Weiss bet 150,000 and only Vandyshev called.

Weiss shoved for around 500,000 on the 3x river, and Vandyshev called with a covering stack.
