Nagy Leaves Zaremba on Fumes

Heads-up on a board of 9A6K, Gergo Nagy potted to 490,000 in the big blind and Danyil Zaremba called on the button.

The river was the 3 and Nagy bet 150,000. Zaremba called, leaving himself just 20,000 behind, and Nagy showed AK77 for two pair to win the pot.

Zaremba was all in a few hands later as Nagy raised to 125,000 on the button to force out the rest of the table.

Aleksic Triples His Short Stack

Level 17 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Filip Aleksic was all in for 200,000 from early position as both Tom-Aksel Bedell and Filip Lovric called to put him at risk.

Bedell and Lovric checked down the 765Q5 board. "I think you might have it," Lovric told Aleksic.

Aleksic showed AQ103 for two pair and Lovric flashed K6 as he mucked, while Bedell also mucked 10108.

"How do I miss that?" Bedell wondered as Aleksic tripled up on the bubble.

Bedel Gives Up Aces With Little Fight

Level 17 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Jonas Christensen raised to 50,000 in the cutoff, Tom-Aksel Bedell reraised to 220,000 in the small blind, and Christensen called.

Both players checked the QJ4 flop. Bedell also checked the 9 turn and Christensen bet 200,000.

"I don't understand this stupid game," Bedell said as he tossed two aces into the muck. Christensen showed him AKK5 as he took the pot.

"I won't fold to you again," Bedell added.
