Puk Nabuurs bet 1,800,000 from the button on a flop of A♥6♣4♠ and Danyil Zaremba called.
The turn was the K♠ and Nabuurs bet another 4,800,000. Zaremba again called and the J♥ fell on the river.
Nabuurs then announced pot and slid forward 17,600,000. Zaremba used his last time bank card and allowed his next 30-second countdown to run out before sliding his cards back to the dealer.
On the first hand of heads-up, Danyil Zaremba raised to 1,800,000 on the button and Puk Nabuurs called.
Both players checked to the river on a board of 8♦5♣2♣J♠4♦. Zaremba then bet 4,200,000 and Nabuurs asked the dealer whether they get more time banks for heads-up. He was told they weren't getting any and he eventually called.
Zaremba showed J♥10♣6♣4♥ for jacks and fours and Nabuurs mucked.
"Bad start," Nabuurs said.
"Good start," Zaremba countered.
"If I had some time banks maybe I can find a fold," Nabuurs added.
In a battle of the blinds, Fredrik Lindstrom and Danyil Zaremba checked to the river on a board of 9♦6♦5♦Q♦5♥. Lindstrom then bet 2,000,000.
Zaremba then raised to 9,500,000 and Lindstrom tanked for a minute before calling for his last 5,500,000. Zaremba showed 9♥6♠5♠4♦ for a full house and Lindstrom mucked J♥10♦8♠7♥ on his way to the exit as the third-place finisher.
Zaremba and Puk Nabuurs are taking a 10-minute break before beginning heads-up play.
In a limped pot between the blinds, Puk Nabuurs bet 600,000 on a flop of 9♣6♣2♠ and Danyil Zaremba called.
The turn was the 8♥ and Nabuurs checked to Zaremba who bet 2,100,000. Nabuurs called and they both checked down the 3♣ river.
Nabuurs showed 9♦6♠6♦5♠ for two pair, but Zaremba had Q♠5♦4♠2♥ for a rivered straight to win the pot.
The next hand, Nabuurs raised to 1,200,000 on the button, Zaremba potted to 4,100,000, and Nabuurs called.
Zaremba checked the Q♦10♥10♦ flop and Nabuurs bet 2,700,000. Zaremba called and the 6♠ turn was checked through.
Zaremba led out for 3,000,000 on the 10♣ river and Nabuurs quickly called. Zaremba showed A♣K♣Q♣3♥ for ace-high, while Nabuurs also had A♦K♠J♥9♠ to chop the pot playing the trip tens on the board.
All three players saw a flop of 8♥7♣4♥ in a limped pot where Danyil Zaremba bet 1,000,000 on the button. Both Fredrik Lindstrom and Puk Nabuurs called.
