T6 Qualifier Rowad Hadrous Enjoys the Ride
The young Swede was dealt two jacks and the action folded around to a player on the button who made it 3,500 to go. "I had about 29,000 chips and I put him all in - he had about 18,000," Rowad recalled. His opponent made the call with A-Q and managed to spike a queen on the flop to take down the pot, leaving Rowad with just 11,000 in chips.
A few minutes later, Rowad said he moved all in from the button for his last 8,500 holding K-Q and was called by the big blind who showed pocket tens. "The flop was A-Q-J and a king came on the turn . . . it was a bad beat," Hadrous explained, smiling and personable even in defeat.
Hadrous was one of several players to qualify for the tournament via the many freerolls and satellites offered at T6Poker.

Holding the throbbing hand to his face, he confessed to the crowd, "I think I hurt my hand." Minutes later a woman appeared with an icepack and some sort of pain reliever. Perrot, despite winning the hand and potentially losing another, now has ~120,000 in chips.
