The Last Pole Standing

Janusz Petlic, formerly the last Polish player remaining in the tournament, was just eliminated by PokerStars sponsored player Sebastian Ruthenberg. All of the money went in pre-flop and at the showdown, Ruthenberg tabled a pocket pair of nines having Petlic's pocket eights quite dominated.

The board ran out {4-Hearts}

and Ruthenberg took down the pot, bringing his chip count to just under 200,000 for the day.

For his 19th place finish, Janusz Petlic took home $18,942 in prize money.
