Dorfman Dents Tony G

Randy Dorfman is up to 1,500,000, and most of his recent gains have come at the expense of Tony G. Just now he raised to 115,000 preflop, and Tony G called. He bet the {6-Hearts}

flop, and again, Tony G called. On the {10-Hearts}

turn Dorfman moved all in, and this time -- no call. Dorfman did show him the {A-Hearts}

though.

Sevens From Heaven

Two hands in a row, Tony G picked up a preflop pot with identical cards: {7-Diamonds}

. The first time, I think he moved in vs. Vanessa Rousso, as she thought for a while and then threw in her big blind and her cards (he let her pick one to see). The next hand there wasn't even any dwell-time as no one wanted to call his raise. He showed the {7-Diamonds}

and called them "sevens from heaven."

He's also put on a green jumper, saying, "I'll put on some Irish luck!" but actually I think the air conditioning just kicked in.

Blind-on-Blind Getting Expensive

Now, when the button passes, the small blind is having to bet a large figure to get rid of his or her opponent. Tony G's 140,000 raise didn't shake big blind Rousso just now, but it stayed that price as they checked down the {K-Diamonds}

board. Tony G showed {Q-Hearts}

, and that was enough to take it.

However, the same 300,000 seem to circle between Vanessa Rousso and Tony G -- he wins one, she wins one, etc. The latest is that Tony G is down currently, after running a flop+river combo bluff against Rousso, who called him down with third pair.

. People tend not to instantly show their bluffs when they get called, and the crowd took a moment to twig that Rousso's {A-Diamonds}

Tony G moved in on the {7-Diamonds}

board after a quiet flop led to a bet by Tony and a raise by Vanessa Rousso on the turn. He instantly shoved and she eventually passed.

Tony G said, "Can I see the river? I want to see if I hit my draw."

"No rabbit hunting," replied the TD.

Tony launched himself across the table at the deck to pick up a card, but didn't manage it. "I'm helping shuffle," he said.

Laughing, Randy Dorfman asks the TD, "How do I make a complaint?"

The next two hands Randy Dorfman pushed all in preflop, with no calls. Maybe they're jealous of the Main Event's dinner break.
