Nebezhev Briefly Hangs On by a Thread

Khazret Nebezhev was all in for shrapnel preflop, called by both Luca Pagano and Jasper Wetemans. Both players checked the {A-Diamonds}

flop and Pagano checked the {Q-Spades}

turn too before folding to a 5,000 bet from Wetemans. Wetemans confidently flipped {K-Hearts}

for two pair - but Nebezhev turned over {A-Spades}

for a higher two pair, and he tripled up to the heady heights of 5,000 chips or so - that's five big blinds.

A hand or two later and Nebezhev succumbed. We're not sure when the chips went in, but there were two queens on the flop and Nebezhev's {Q-?}

trailed all the way against Luca Pagano's {A-?}
