Andrey Mitlyansky opened to 2,500 and Johannes Strassmann called on the button to see a 
flop on which Mitlyansky bet out 3,500 and Strassmann called; exciting stuff. But thereafter they backed down and merely checked the 
turn and 
river, at the end of which they flipped 
apiece for a chop, while another player at the table giggled insanely and said, "One time," for no apparent reason.

Kristijonas Andrulis opened preflop to 2,500 from UTG+1 before Sebastien Bidinger made it 6,100 on the button. Andrulis responded by making it 17,500 and Bidinger quickly moved all-in. Call.

changed nothing but Andrulis shot ahead on the 
turn but the river gave Bidinger the nut flush, doubling him up to 65,000 while Andrulis dropped to about 30,000.

Michael Tureniec has a reputation of being super-duper-uber-crazy aggressive (maybe even more than that) but nevertheless his 4-bet preflop was enough to make Jani Rasinen commit with 
. This time though, the Swedde had a real hand, holding which held out on a 
board.
Tureniec over the 200,000 mark, probably in the top five stacks still.

Fatima Moreira de Melo, the Dutch Team PokerStars Pro, has just shown she cannot be pushed around by the boys and took down a sizeable pot as a result.
Moreira de Melo had opened the betitng with a raise to 3,000 from middle position. Next to act was Marvin Rettenmaier, who called, as did Alexander Meidinger seated to his direct left. Two players folded but Hanh Tran in the small blind made it 10,700 to play.
With the action back on Moreira de Melo she sat riffling a stack of yellow chips before moving her entire stack of 64,000 into the middle. Both Rettenmaier and Meidinger folded but Tran went deep into the tank.
After a couple of minutes he folded, stating the bet was around 30,000 too much for him to call, whilst Rettenmaier told Moreira de Melo he had pocket nines.
Moriera de Melo now has circa 90,000

Francisco Torres is down to 33,000 after dropping around a quarter of his stack in this hand.
Dominique Franchi raised under the gun and got three callers, the last of whom was Torres in the big blind. They saw an 
flop and Torres checked. Franchi now bet 8,800 and the two gentlemen behind him folded. Torres called, though, and they saw a turn.
They checked down the 
turn and 
river, and a giggling Torres said, "You show." Franchi announced king-high and Torres said, "Wow, king?" and mucked. Franchi duly showed and took the pot, while Torres went on to tell the table that he'd had for an open-ended straight draw that never came in.

board, Team PokerStars Pro Alex Kravchenko raised Manilo Iemina's 8,000 bet to 19,000.
"All-in," said the Italian.
