Just 60 players are returning today for the fourth day of PokerStars.it EPT San Remo, today the tournament will playing down to the final 24 players so needless to say we're not expecting this day to be lasting too long.
Now that we've officially jinxed ourselves, we can tell you that Roberto Spada is the current chip leader with 1,441,000 just ahead of Nicolas Yunis and Team PokerStars Pro Max Lykov, both of whom have 1,416,000. Further down the pecking order are French stars Ludovic Lacay (962,000) and Fabrice Soulier (710,000) while Lykov's fellow Team Pros, Joe Cada (701,000) and RIchard Toth (185,000) also remain in the hunt.
There is also one other former EPT winner still in the tournament (other than Lykov), David Vamplew, who won this season's EPT London event ahead of John Juanda. The Scot sits with 343,000 which he'll obviously need to improve on if he has any hope of being the first player capture that elusive second EPT title.
Play will begin at 12pm (CET) - See you then!
