Grzegorz Cichocki murdered the flop
Grzegorz Cichocki murdered the flop

Vicenzo Apicella should have smelled a rat as soon as the usually hyper-aggressive Grzegorz Cichocki just made up the difference from the small blind. The flop was an ace-tastic looking {a-Spades} {a-Clubs} {q-Spades} and both players checked. The turn was the {5-Diamonds} and again both players checked. It was on the river {3-Hearts} that Cichocki came to life and he bet 25,000 and Apicella called.

Would {a-Diamonds} {q-Clubs} do the trick? It certainly did and Cichocki scooped the pot.
