Nitsche Stuck on Starting Stack

Dominik Nitsche opened with a standard raise from the cutoff, the player on the button three-bet to 1,500 and Mikhail Tsivilev called in the small blind. Back to Nitsche and he pumped it up to 4,100 and just Tsivilev made the call.

Flop: {Q-Hearts} {6-Hearts} {2-Hearts}

Tsivilev checked, Nitsche made a c-bet and Tsivilev folded. NItsche is back to 28,000.

Chartier Busts Di Pasquale

On the turn with the board reading {8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{6-Hearts}, Daniel Di Pasquale moved all in for 5,600 and Sam Chartier snap-called. Di Pasquale held the {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} but was drawing dead against Chartier's {5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}. The river completed the board with the {A-Spades} and Di Pasquale was out the door. Chartier moved to 64,000 in chips.

Victoria Coren Has Been Eliminated

Yesterday, Team PokerStars Pro Victoria Coren had her up when she won the €5,000 Heads-Up tournament, and now she has had her down.

Nathan Shoo told us that Coren was crippled after getting all of the money into the middle holding top two pair and a flush draw ({K-Clubs} {9-Clubs}) on a {K-} {9-} [3] {2-} board, and her opponent - Max Martinez - had a set of threes. Then she shoved her final 5BB over the line from first position and {Q-} {7-} suited only to run into another set, this time for Shoo.

Here is Victoria talking to the delectable Lynn Gilmartin earlier today.
