More for Marchese As He Busts Kenney

On the very next hand after spiking that ridiculous double up against Masa Kagawa, Tom Marchese added even more chips by sending his neighbor Bryn Kenney out the door.

From middle position, Kenney raised all in for 279,000. Marchese reshipped from the next seat and everyone else folded. Marchese tabled the {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} and was dominating the at-risk Kenney's {A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}.

The board of {7-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} ran out and Kenney headed out the door. Marchese climbed all the way from 233,000 to 845,000 in the span of two hands.

What a River Card for Marchese

Action folded to Tom Marchese in the cutoff seat and he raised all in for 233,000. On the button, Masa Kagawa made the call. Everyone else folded and the cards were on their backs.

Kagawa showed the {A-Spades}{A-Clubs} for a crushing blow to Marchese's {A-Hearts}{6-Hearts}. But then the board ran out {J-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and Marchese spiked trips on the river to win the hand and double up.

Erik Seidel Eliminated by Daniel Negreanu

Team PokerStars Pro Daniel Negreanu has much rivered himself into contention in this Super High Roller. The unfortunate soul who fell on the Canadian sword was Erik Seidel. This is how it happened.

Negreanu raised to 83,000 (by mistake) and Erik Seidel three-bet to 210,000. Negreanu moved all-in and Seidel called in a heartbeat. When the cards were overturned Negreanu was in one hell of a mess but had Seidel covered.

Flop: {Q-Spades} {Q-Hearts} {3-Hearts}

Seidel maintains his lead.

Turn: {4-Spades}

Just the two tens to fade.

River: {10-Spades}

Daniel Negreanu found one of his two outs and eliminated Erik Seidel. Negreanu is now our chip leader with 1,700,000 chips.

All-In, All-In & All-In

Level 14 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Dan Shak raised to 40,000, under the gun, and Tom Marchese moved all-in for 201,000 a few seats to his left. Shak took a while before folding {A-Diamonds} and another unseen card.

-

Patrik Antonius raised to 32,000 in the cutoff, Justin Bonomo three-bet to 72,000 on the button and Dan Shak moved all-in from teh big blind for 675,000. Antonius folded and it was Bonomo next to act.

"Is this revenge for earlier?" Bonomo asked.

You could tell that Bonomo had a pretty big hand and he even tried to persuade Shak to show him his cards before folding. Shak was having none of it and passed his cards, unseen, to the dealer.

-

Bryn Kenney open shoved for a little over 200,000 and picked up all the blinds and antes.

Another Pot Goes Negreanu's Way

Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier raised to 33,000 in early position, Talal Shakerchi called in the cutoff as did Daniel Negreanu in the small blind. Three of them shared a flop of {J-Spades} {6-Hearts} {3-Diamonds} and it was Shakerchi who started the betting off for 56,000 and only Negreanu made the call. Moving on to fourth street and we saw the {2-Clubs} and both players checked. Then finally we saw the {2-Hearts} and it was Negreanu who took the pot with a 58,000 bet forcing Shakerchi to fold.

Chartier Eliminated

There hasn't been much action as of late, but that all changed when action folded to Sam Chartier on this hand and he raised to 32,000 from the hijack seat. On the button, Team PokerStars Pro and 2010 World Series of Poker Main Event champion Jonathan Duhamel three-bet to 76,000. When play moved back to Chartier, he reraised all in for 328,000. Duhamel made the call.

Duhamel tabled the {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}, but was behind against the {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} for Chartier. A {9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop kept Chartier's queens in front, but the {A-Hearts} on the turn gave Duhamel the lead and had Chartier on the ropes.

Needing a queen on the river, Chartier couldn't find it when the {4-Hearts} fell and he was eliminated.

Negreanu Take a Pot From Seidel

Erik Seidel raised to 32,000 in late position and Daniel Negreanu called in the big blind. The flop was {J-Clubs} {10-Clubs} {3-Spades} and both players checked. The turn card was the {10-Spades} and Negreanu bet 52,000, a bet which Seidel called. The final card was the {9-Spades} and Negreanu continued his aggression with a 94,000 bet and Seidel folded.
