Blom Picks One Up

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

From under the gun, Ben Wilinofsky raised to 450. Andrey Zaichenko called from middle position, the hijack seat called, Viktor Blom called in the cutoff seat and Friedrich Räz called from the button.

All five players saw the flop come down {J-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{2-Spades} and action checked to the player in the hijack seat. He fired 1,200 and only Blom made the call.

The turn was the {3-Clubs} and action checked to Blom. He bet 1,650 and won the pot.

More Action from Stacked Table

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Guy Boscart raised from middle position to 325 and Team PokerStars Pro Viktor Blom called from the button. Friedrich Räz called from the small blind and Chris Moorman called from the big blind.

The flop came down {Q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{9-Hearts} and Räz checked. Moorman bet 800 and Boscart folded. Blom also mucked, then Räz tossed in the call.

When the {A-Clubs} landed on the turn, Räz immediately went to his stack and grabbed some chips. He fired out 2,500 and Moorman folded.

It's also of note that Andrey Zaichenko is seated at this stacked table as well.

Strassmann Picks Up Aces But Gets A Walk

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Johannes Strassmann was in the big blind and looked down to find {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds} in the hole. But unfortunately for him everyone folded around to him and he received an unwanted walk.

The very next hand it folded around to him on the small blind and he opened to 300. Schahin Shad-Manfaat in the big blind made the call and the pair shared a flop reading {8-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{4-Hearts}. Strassmann checked, Shad-Manfaat bet 400 and Strassmann folded.

Man Down

Level 1 : 50/100, 0 ante

Imagine you had paid €5,300 of cold hard cash to enter the EPT Berlin only for you to bust out 22 minutes later. Well that has happened to Jari-Pekka Juhola!

We discovered he had made a flush on the river with {J-Spades}{9-Spades} only to discover Alex Kell had made a full house! Oh well, there is always the Grand Final in a week or so!

Levy Takes One At Stacked Table

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

From under the gun, Viktor Blom raised to 300. The player in the next spot called and then action folded to Ben Wilinofsky in the hijack seat. He called before Adam Levy was up in the cutoff seat. Levy reraised to 1,350 and everyone folded, but Wilinofsky. He called.

The flop came down {A-Clubs}{10-Spades}{8-Hearts} and Wilinofsky checked. Levy bet 1,600 and Wilinofsky folded.

Also joining Levy, Wilinofsky and Blom at this table are David Sonelin and Chris Moorman. Let the fireworks begin.

Robert Rohr's In Front

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Some poker players say you should gamble it up early in a tournament in order to accumulate a big stack whilst other say tight is right. If you ask Robert Rohr then he will almost certainly go for the first option.

We joined the action on a {6-Spades}{7-Clubs}{j-Spades} flop where Nedzib Suman had checked from the small blind, Robert Rohr bet 500 from middle position and Walter Beckmann called from the hijack. With the action back on Suman he made it 1,850 to play then Rohr pulled back his original bet before replacing it with chips worth 4,100. Beckmann got out of the way but Suman asked how many chips his now sole opponent held.

"Around 12" came the response.

Shortly afterwards Suman had moved all in and was instantly called.

Suman: {5-Spades}{4-Spades}
Rohr: {7-Spades}{3-Spades}

The turn was the {5-Hearts} and the river was the {2-Spades} completing an unnecessary flush for Rohr and he flies up the chi counts early doors.
