Botond Back in Action

Balazs Botond raised to 105,000 on the button and Olivier Busquet called from the small blind to see a flop of {9-Hearts}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds}. The American check-called a bet of 150,000 before the {7-Hearts} turn and {7-Clubs} river were checked down, Botond showed {J-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and it was good to pick up the first pot of this level.

Botond Keeps the Pressure On

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante
Fabrice Soulier
Fabrice Soulier

Fabrice Soulier raised to 85,000 and Balazs Botond three-bet to 225,000 from the small blind, Soulier made the call and the dealer put out a {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} flop. Botond bet 240,000 and Soulier made the call to see the {5-Diamonds} turn, the Hungarian now bet 470,000 and Soulier folded. The latter has taken quite a few hits from these three-bet and four-bet pots but he's winning enough that he's still in second place.

Busquet Shows Another Bluff

Olivier Busquet

Jannick Wrang had three-bet to 185,000 from UTG+1 when Olivier Busquet cold four-bet to 425,000 from the small blind. This folded out the original raise but Wrang gave it a little more thought before eventually folding.

As he did Busquet turned his cards over to show the monster that is {Q-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, the second big bluff he has show so far. Now would be the perfect time for Busquet to pick up some legitimate hands because he is sure to be paid off with his crazy image.

Nagel Shoves Again

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Mario Nagel has just got his stack into the middle once again with another four-bet. He opened to 105,000 and Jannick Wrang three-bet to 255,000. Going on past hands this would usually be the end of the betting but Nagel four-bet all in for 1,855,000 in total and that was enough to fold out his Danish opponent.

Soulier Bluffs and Gets There

Fabrice Soulier

A very rare five-way pot with only Koen De Visscher not getting involved. The {9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop was checked to button Balazs Botond who bet 240,000 and it was folded back to Fabrice Soulier who check-raised to 600,000 and the Hungarian quickly called to see the {10-Clubs} turn.

Both players then checked this card to see the {Q-Diamonds} river where Soulier bet 700,000 and Botond instantly called. The Frenchman turned over {Q-Spades}{J-Spades} for a bluff that had got there to take the pot.
